Your VIP role is applied within seconds, but your login session caches the old permissions. Sign out of whichever NabzClan project you're trying to use (the main site, an app, any of our other projects) and sign back in. If you're inside one of our apps, close it fully and reopen it. If it still doesn't show up, tap the logout button and log back in. If none of that works, contact support.

No. Only card and iDEAL subscriptions auto-renew. Crypto, BNPL (Klarna/Afterpay/Zip), Amazon Pay, and EPS are one-time payments. You'll get a reminder email a few days before your VIP expires so you can repurchase if you want to keep it.

Yes. Link your wallet from the Dashboard after signing in with your NabzClan account. Supported wallets include MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Rainbow, Trust, Phantom, Solflare, and Backpack. Once linked, you can sign in with a single signature instead of your password.

To switch plans, simply cancel your current subscription from the Dashboard and subscribe to a new plan. Your current access stays active until the billing period ends.

Your VIP badge remains active until your subscription period ends. Once it expires, the badge is automatically removed from your NabzClan account.
